Services are provided through a diverse network of professionals and service providers. Each client receives specialized attention to address his or her unique project or eldercare issue. In the Eldercare Division, the standards of practice for professional geriatric care managers set by the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers are followed as are the guidelines set by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. In the Project Division, services are delivered that follow the practices set by the Project Management Institute.
 

Briefly, What We Do

• For individuals and organizations: we shape an idea or concept and bring it to life, on schedule, within budget and to specification.
• For the family or paid caregiver: we support, coach, problem-solve, guide, and educate.
• For the senior: we advocate, support, assist, and problem-solve.

The Cost of Our Services

In either division, there is a fee for the initial consultation whether by telephone or in-person. The cost of services is based on scope of work and other factors. Fees are based on an hourly, project, or retainer basis. Each client is provided with an agreement outlining the scope of services and cost.

Confidentiality

We observe confidentiality in delivering services to our clients. We take it seriously, without exception. We will not disclose any information except information that may be necessary to further the interests of our client. This obligation survives the term of service.
